Pointillism Paintings
Pointillism Paintings.
Pointillism is a painting technique where small, distinct dots of pure color are applied in patterns to form an image. Instead of blending pigments on a palette, artists place hundreds or thousands of dots or dashes directly onto the canvas.
When viewed from a distance, these dots visually blend together in the viewer’s eye, creating a fuller range of tones and a luminous effect.
